EMOTIVE
Design is something that has emotional value. In our designs, we aspire to create objects and spaces that invoke an emotional response from the user and participant of the space. By doing this, an emotional bond forms between the user and the space.
This bond is also psychological as through such a connection, it makes one yearn to go back to their well-designed home or workspace. We believe such beautiful spaces evoke positive emotions in the people using them. We do hope that you will enjoy the spaces that we design for you.
EVOLVED
Our firm has come a long way since our formation more than 20 years ago. We run our practice as a boutique firm so that we can provide personalised service to our clients.
Equally important, we focus on creating intricately designed spaces so that as you can discover its richness and multi-layered form as if you are journeying on an evolving adventure. Much like a Murakami novel, you discover more and more things as you delve deeper into it. We look forward to sharing our never-ending evolution of thoughts, ideas and experiences with you.

Our principal, Tyginn, designs beautiful homes or work-play areas that foster bonding. At the same time, the spaces he designs are neither impractical nor intimidating.
Many homes developed by Tyginn have given a fresh lease of life to the families that own them. They became reunited, inspired by the beauty Tyginn created for them. Tyginn believes that a home gives you a strong sense of identity and has the power to inspire the best within you and transform your life.
